• You must not use the account of another user without their permission.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are based on real-time market rates and may change without notice.
• Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.

5. Digital Gold/Silver Terms

• Moksha Silvers facilitates the buying, storing, and redeeming of digital gold/silver through authorized third-party partners.
• Your digital holdings are securely stored in a vault and are fully insured.
• You may redeem your holdings as physical jewellery, coins, or bars, subject to minimum quantity thresholds.

6. Redemption and Delivery

• Redemption requests are processed as per availability and delivery timelines.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Delivery is currently limited to addresses within India.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• SIP plans and digital gold/silver purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
• In case of payment errors, refunds will be processed after verification within 7–10 business days.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code
