  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Customized Orders: May take up to 7-10 business days, depending on design and complexity.
  • Gold/Silver Redemption Orders: Dispatched within 3-7 business days after successful verification.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, product availability, and courier service efficiency.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on select products or minimum order values.
  • For all other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
  • Express or priority shipping (if available) will carry additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can also track your order from your Moksha Silvers account dashboard.

5. Packaging & Security

  • All shipments are securely packed and tamper-proof sealed.
  • For high-value items, the delivery may require identity verification and OTP confirmation upon receipt.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, our team will proactively contact you.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the item will be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item, report it to us within 24 hours with photographs and proof.
  • We will investigate and offer a resolution such as a replacement, repair, or partial refund based on case assessment.

8. Redemption Deliveries

  • Physical gold/silver will be delivered in the form of coins, bars, or jewellery as per selected options.
  • Minimum redemption quantity may apply.
  • All such deliveries are insured until delivery is completed.
