Cancellation and Refund Policy - Moksha Silvers

At Moksha Silvers, we are committed to delivering secure and transparent gold and silver savings services. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms applicable to our products and services.

1. Digital Gold/Silver Purchases

All purchases of digital gold and silver on our platform are final and non-cancellable. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the equivalent quantity of gold or silver is purchased and stored securely in your name.

No cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances for completed digital transactions.

2. SIP (Systematic Investment Plan)

  • SIP contributions are automated and processed as per your selected plan and payment method.
  • Each SIP transaction is treated as a purchase of digital gold/silver and cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • If you wish to stop your SIP plan, you may do so from your account dashboard. However, already processed installments will not be refunded.

3. Jewellery Orders (Online Store)

  • Once an order is placed for physical jewellery, it cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of order confirmation.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation within 12 hours, a small administrative fee may be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns of any digital or physical gold/silver products due to purity, handling, and safety concerns.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and proof. We will inspect the case and offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

5. Refunds for Failed Transactions

  • In case of payment failures or duplicate payments, please contact our support team with transaction details.
  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Delivery Delays or Unavailability

If a purchased item is unavailable or delayed beyond reasonable timelines (due to stock or logistics), we may offer the option to:

  • Wait for restocking
  • Choose an alternative item
  • Receive a full refund (for undelivered physical items only)
